WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO

Copper State Adjusting is a public insurance adjusting firm. That means we don't work for contractors. We don't work for insurance companies.

We work for homeowners.

When a storm damages a roof and an insurance company lowballs the claim — or denies it entirely — we step in and fight. We are the advocate in the room that most homeowners don't know they're allowed to have. And we don't stop until they receive every dollar they're rightfully owed.

Your role is to be the first person who shows up. You find the damage. You connect the homeowner to our team. We take it from there — on their behalf.

Your Sales Director built a professional development system used by high-performers across the direct sales industry — frameworks engineered to create internal breakthroughs that unlock real performance, not just better pitches. You won't be handed a recording. You won't get a manager who half-remembers the training. The person who built the methodology works alongside you daily. What's blocking you today gets addressed today — with the tools to actually move through it.

We fight for Arizona homeowners to recover every dollar they're owed when unexpected damage and loss strikes. We show up when people are overwhelmed, confused, and don't know who to trust — and we don't stop until they win.

WHAT YOU'LL DO IN THE FIELD

Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and identify homes with visible roof damage
Knock doors and connect with homeowners — start real conversations, build real trust
Educate homeowners on their rights and what a public adjuster can do for them
Set inspections and hand qualified homeowners off to our licensed adjusting team
Maintain accurate records and consistent follow-up on your pipeline

WHAT A DAY LOOKS LIKE

Start — Team check-in, mindset work, territory planning. You step out prepared — not winging it.

Prospect — You're in the field. Neighborhoods. Doors. Conversations. You're looking for storm damage and homeowners who don't yet know they have options. You'll hear no — often. The frameworks give you a fundamentally different relationship with that no.

Debrief — Follow-up, documentation, and debrief. What worked, what didn't, and what you're doing differently tomorrow. That feedback loop is how this team improves fast.

THE CAREER PATH — THIS IS WHERE IT GETS SERIOUS

Most field roles are dead ends. This one has a ceiling that keeps moving up.

You start in the field identifying damage and opening claims. As you develop, you move into a closing role with expanded commission. From there, the licensed public adjuster path opens — giving you the legal authority to negotiate directly with insurance companies on behalf of homeowners. That's a skilled, in-demand profession with significantly higher earning potential and real career identity.

We build adjusters from the ground up. If you do the work, the path is real.

PAY — YOUR CHOICE

Option A: $20/hour + commission (smaller split)

Option B: Commission-only — maximum split from day one, for those ready to go all in

Average performers earn: $1,000–$2,000/week Top performers earn: $2,500–$5,000+/week Bonus opportunities available

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle available for daily use
Comfortable working outdoors and on foot — Arizona climate, year-round
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Sales, canvassing, or customer service experience a plus — not required
