Job Title: Loan Officer Assistant

Job Location: In Office

Working Hours: 8:30-4:30PM, some weekends required

Duties:

Assist in pre-qualifying clients and inputting information for disclosure.
Support in submitting complete files and managing workflow efficiently.
Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to expedite loan closures.

Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting financial information such as taxes and debts.
Aid in evaluating creditworthiness and eligibility for obtaining mortgage loans.
Provide support in interviewing clients and guiding them through mortgage loan options.
Assist in preparing and submitting mortgage loan applications.
Ensure data accuracy in compliance with national and local financial regulations.
Monitor application processes and report on progress.
Support clients through the loan approval or rejection process, resolving application issues as needed.
Stay updated on new mortgage loan policies and maintain compliance with privacy laws and confidentiality policies.
Assist in building a supportive referral network with clients, lenders, and real estate agents.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with mortgage loan processes and documentation.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual proficiency is required.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and proficiency in organizing and managing tasks effectively.
