Job Title: Supply Chain PM

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Employment Type: 6 Month Contract W2
Pay Rate: $72.00- $75.00/ hr

Role Overview

BEPC Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr ISC Project Mgmt Manager to support complex, cross-functional integrated supply chain initiatives for a key customer in the defense sector. This role focuses on ensuring on-time delivery, resolving supply chain challenges, and driving continuous improvement across operations supporting U.S. Army programs.The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with deep experience in supply chain, logistics, or project management within highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage integrated supply chain projects across cross-functional teams
Ensure timely product delivery aligned with customer requirements
Act as escalation point for supplier, site, and customer delivery issues
Drive resolution of past-due deliveries and improve overall performance metrics
Develop and maintain project tracking tools, reporting, and corrective action plans
Lead internal and customer-facing meetings to present recovery strategies and long-term solutions
Coordinate communication between customers, operations, and functional teams
Partner with sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and materials teams to resolve systemic issues
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery, quality, and performance
Execute ramp-up plans including staffing, training, tooling, and capacity readiness
Conduct supplier engagement activities including site visits and performance reviews
Prepare and present detailed reports to senior leadership and customers
Utilize SAP, Excel, and enterprise tools for tracking and reporting
Support Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives and escalate issues through leadership channels

QualificationsRequired:

Bachelor’s degree
6–8+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or project management
Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently

Preferred:

Experience supporting Army, DoD, or defense-related programs
Background in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments
Experience with integrated supply chain operations or sustainment programs

Contract Details

Pay Rate: $72 – $75/hr
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid work model)
Travel: Occasional travel to other sites required
Duration: Contract (duration to be confirmed)
