Full Job Description

Telecommuting Opportunity for Scottsdale Arizona Based Firm

As a Tax Preparer, you will be responding to inquiries from our existing clients and receiving inbound calls for status updates. You will be expected to communicate realistic timelines and interact with Tax Preparation Senior, on a daily basis with case updates. This will be a demanding position and exceptional time management and customer service skills will be essential.

Tax Preparer you will be expected to perform the following:

Interact with Tax Preparation Mid-Level Reviewer, Tax Senior and Tax Resolution Manager in a professional and timely manner
Answer/transfer calls and update clients on case status as needed.
Prioritize case load and assignments as needed.
Collect and scan documents into Client’s case file.

Minimum Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant, Enrolled Agent or preferred
At least four years experience in Tax Preparation industry as a Tax Preparer, preferably in a high volume environment.
Exceptional customer service approach.
Positive “Can Do” attitude!
MS Excel, Word and practice management and Lacerte software experience is a plus
