Full Job Description

Job Summary

Location: Litchfield Park, AZ

We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager – Injection Molding to lead and drive operational improvement initiatives across our injection molding manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for improving productivity, reducing waste and scrap, increasing uptime, and driving standardization across processes and facilities. The Continuous Improvement Manager will partner closely with plant leadership, maintenance, production, and technical teams to implement sustainable improvements that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on labor efficiency, scrap reduction, uptime, throughput, and overall plant performance

· Partner with plant leadership and functional teams to identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions

· Drive standardization of processes, procedures, metrics, and best practices across facilities

· Analyze production, downtime, scrap, labor, and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

· Support implementation of Lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies

· Work cross-functionally with production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and technical teams to improve operational performance

· Track project savings, operational KPIs, and performance improvements to ensure accountability and measurable results

· Support facility organization, visual management, process discipline, and continuous improvement culture across the organization

Qualifications:

· 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or continuous improvement roles

· 10+ years of experience in injection molding manufacturing required

· Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, labor efficiency, scrap reduction, and plant performance metrics

· Experience leading root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into action

· Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

· Experience working with multiple departments and influencing teams without direct authority
