Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including email management & calendar management.
Social media management for the CEO. Work closely with the CEO to craft & finalize the content calendar for the CEO’s personal social media accounts on LinkedIn, This includes outreach to grow the presence, comments, and personal interactions.
Outreach to a select group of people the CEO would like to meet with to schedule meetings, primarily through email with occasional phone calls.
Research and utilize resources, such as AI tools, for special projects.
Proactively identify and address needs, to free up time for the CEO. This may overlap business and personal responsibilities, such as scheduling doctor appointments or assisting the CEO’s responsibilities to associations and organizations he is involved in.
Uphold the company’s mission and values in every interaction, both internally and externally.
Serve as a gatekeeper, tactfully managing the CEO’s time and resources.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills across various platforms (phone, email, text, Zoom, in-person).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance efficiency.

Job Details:

Location: 90% Remote / 10% in Scottsdale Arizona Office

Pay: $23-$25/hour

Job Type: Part Time, 20-40 hours a week
