Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cath lab Radiologic Technologist / Special Procedures Technologist to join our Catheterization Lab team. As a Cath Lab Rad Tech, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care during cardiac catheterization procedures. If you are passionate about cardiovascular health and have the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:
- Assist cardiologists and other healthcare professionals during cardiac catheterization procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and provide appropriate interventions as needed
- Perform Radiologic imaging/processing of Cardiovascular procedures.
- Assist with the insertion and removal of catheters and other medical devices
- Monitor patients' response to procedures and provide post-procedure care
- Document patient information, procedures, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous experience working in a Catheterization Lab or similar cardiac care setting is preferred

-Valid ARRT/AZDHS licenses.

-Valid ACLS/BLS certifications

-Minimum 1 year Cath lab/Special Procedures experience.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, including knowledge of ICD-10 codes
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular physiology and related diagnostic procedures
- Familiarity with advanced cardiac imaging techniques such as echocardiography or angiography is a plus

Skills:
In addition to the required experience, the following skills are essential for this position:
- Excellent clinical assessment skills
- Ability to interpret diagnostic test results accurately
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and adherence to protocols
