Overview

Are you hard-working, detail-oriented, and ready to make a real difference? Monix Pest Control is looking for a Service Professional – Pest Control Technician to join our A-Team! This is a full-time, non-exempt position serving East Valley Arizona including Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Casa Grande areas, with weekly check-ins at our Mesa office.

Pay· $21-$23 an hour/ base pay depending on experience.

What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality pest control services to residential clients
Maintain accurate records of services performed
Educate customers on prevention strategies and our service offerings
Travel throughout your assigned territory daily
Work independently while staying connected with a supportive, tight-knit team
Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues
Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order while maintaining Agriculture regulation standards.
Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws
Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage reporting
Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs
Work schedule includes every other Saturday during the Spring/Summer, 5 days during the winter/fall. We have a Monday through Friday schedule. And Tuesday through Saturday schedule.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Is dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work
Enjoys both independent fieldwork and being part of a team
Is a pest problem solver
Can communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Values safety, quality service, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

1+ years of Pest Control experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Active Arizona Applicators License
