Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional behavioral and educational services for children to build skills needed for school readiness or transition back to school environment. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will help improve learners outcomes through evidence-based practices, functional behavioral assessments, and compassionate care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve while working within a supportive and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavioral assessments and to identify individual needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
Design, implement, and supervise applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention programs for children and individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Provide training and support to caregivers, family members, and team members on behavioral techniques and intervention strategies
Maintain accurate documentation, treatment records, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and proper recordkeeping.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, conduct evaluations, and support clients’ overall well-being in home-based or clinical settings
Supervise aspiring behavior analysts working towards licensure

Requirements

Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential
Valid certification as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Arizona
Experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or neurodevelopmental disorders
Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and functional assessment techniques
Experience with Gregory Hanley's Skills Based Treatment
Proven ability to collect data accurately during sessions and interpret results for treatment planning
Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation standards including HIPAA compliance
Experience working in home-based settings or providing behavioral services in community environments
Excellent care skills with a compassionate approach to supporting individuals with disabilities
Ability to perform assessments and coordinate intake processes effectively
