Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, industrious, and self-motivated Project Operations Assistant to join our office team. In this role, you will be the administrative backbone of our operations, handling critical data entry, managing general clerical duties, and directly supporting our Project Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure projects cross the finish line smoothly.
The ideal candidate has an eagle eye for detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves creating order out of moving parts.
Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain project data.
- Project Support: Assist Project Managers and Coordinators with document control, including processing submittals, requests for information (RFIs), and change orders.
- General Clerical Duties: Support day-to-day office organization.
- Blueprint & Document Handling: Assist with downloading, organizing, and simple marking of project drawings and blueprints.
- Adaptability & Flexibility: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, constantly changing construction environment; able to pivot quickly when project priorities or schedules shift
- Skills
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Software Experience: Experience with Bluebeam Revu is a major plus (or a strong willingness and aptitude to learn it quickly).
- Detail-Oriented: A natural eye for accuracy; you catch the small mistakes that others miss.
- Highly Organized: Able to prioritize tasks effectively and keep digital files impeccably structured.
- Industrious & Self-Motivated: A strong work ethic with the ability to anticipate office needs and take initiative without constant supervision.
- Reliable Schedule: Must be fully able and enthusiastic about working a 4x10 schedule (5:00 AM to 3:45 PM).

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
