Your responsibilities will include:

Traveling to client locations to perform onsite drug and alcohol testing
-
Collecting urine, oral fluid, and other specimens using DOT and non-DOT procedures
-
Verifying donor identification and completing chain-of-custody documentation
-
Preparing, packaging, storing, and transporting specimens according to compliance standards
-
Operating a company truck and mobile testing trailer, or using your personal vehicle when required
-
Communicating professionally with donors, employers, and Designated Employer Representatives (DERs)

Maintaining accurate records while protecting confidential information
-
Assisting with clinic operations when mobile collections are not scheduled

Following all company safety, documentation, and compliance procedures

This is a full-time position.

We're looking for someone who:

Is at least 21 years of age

Has a High School Diploma or GED
-
Holds a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record

Can pass a criminal background check
-
Can pass a pre-employment drug screening
-
Is comfortable driving a company vehicle and towing a mobile testing trailer

Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills
-
Pays close attention to detail
-
Maintains accurate documentation and records
-
Can maintain strict confidentiality
-
Works well independently with minimal supervision
-
Enjoys traveling throughout Arizona
Preferred qualifications include:
-
Previous healthcare, laboratory, specimen collection, or customer service experience
-
Familiarity with employment drug testing (preferred)
-
Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred but not required)
