KDB Management is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable college junior or senior for a paid Financial Analyst / Project Management Internship. What We’re Looking For
Education
- Current college junior or senior pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field
- Preferred GPA of 3.5+
Experience

Typical Workload & Environment
At KDB Management, no two weeks are alike. One week you may assist with projects related to solar energy or data centers; the next, you could be involved in biotech investments, natural gas opportunities, or real estate development initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, fast-paced learning, and direct exposure to business decision-making. Typical hours would range from 10–20 hours per week during the school year, with potential for 20–40 hours per week during summer or school breaks.
Objectives of This Role
- Assist in managing strategic projects from development through execution
- Conduct financial analysis and research on investment opportunities
- Support the owner with ROI analysis, financial oversight, and project coordination
- Take ownership of new tasks and projects as priorities evolve
- Gain exposure to financial modeling, operations, and business development
Daily & Monthly Responsibilities
- Assist with communication and coordination between the owner, executives, and consultants
- Help prepare and review financial models, budgets, and forecasts
- Conduct market and investment research across multiple industries
- Handle administrative and operational tasks including scheduling, documentation, and project tracking
- Build relationships internally and externally to improve efficiency and execution
Skills & Qualifications

Compensation
- $20–$25 per hour depending on experience
