About Us:

Altered Athletics is a women’s-only small group private strength training studio dedicated to empowering women through fitness. We focus on building strength, confidence, and community in a supportive, high-energy environment. As we work toward becoming a nationwide franchise, we’re looking for passionate personal trainers to join our team and help women achieve life-changing results!

About the Role:

We’re hiring a motivated and energetic personal trainer who’s excited to coach clients, track progress, and foster accountability. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a small group setting, loves helping women succeed, and wants to be part of a growing, high-impact fitness brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach Hour-Long Training Sessions: Deliver results-driven, strength-focused workouts in a small group environment.
Weekly Nutrition Check-Ins: Help clients stay on track with weekly progress reviews and body composition assessments.
Onboarding New Clients: Set clients up with the required apps and tools to track progress and stay connected.
Gym Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment.
Social Media Posting: Highlight client success by posting 25+ Instagram stories per week showcasing workouts and progress.
Team Collaboration: Attend weekly team meetings to review performance, share insights, and stay aligned with studio goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with a passion for strength training and women’s fitness.
Excellent Communicator: Ability to motivate and guide clients effectively
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Mindbody for scheduling and client management.
Team Player: Positive, adaptable, and excited about helping build a national fitness brand.
