POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Case Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, managing all incoming leads and inquiries. Your primary objective will be to convert these leads into loyal clients by effectively communicating our services, building trust, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This position requires attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of investigators. The Case Analyst reports directly to the Director of Investigations & CEO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Respond promptly to all incoming client leads via phone, email, and online inquiries.
● Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, provide information about our services, and address any questions or concerns.
● Qualify leads to determine their fit with our service offerings and prioritize follow-ups.
● Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and progress within the lead funnel using Notion.
● Maintain detailed and accurate case files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
● Collaborate with the investigative team to ensure accurate communication of client needs and expectations.
● Consistently meet or exceed lead conversion and sales targets.
● Stay informed about the private investigation industry and PRIVIN’s unique value propositions to effectively communicate with clients.
● Provide feedback to management on lead quality, customer trends, and opportunities for service improvement.
● Assist in refining case analyst protocols and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
● Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Forensic Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred.
● Proven experience in case analysis, research, or investigative work, legal support, or a related field. Experience in private investigations or law enforcement is a plus.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and subcontractors.
● Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple cases at once.
● Ability to think critically, adapt to challenges, and make informed decisions under pressure.
● Proficiency in case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with investigative tools.
● Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information and cases securely.
● Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy and precision in work.
● Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in professional services or a related industry.
● Ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate empathy for their unique situations.
● Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
● Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
