We are: Paranoia Quest Escape The Room Tempe! We offer high quality themed escape rooms, complete with live actor and immersive puzzle technology. Our mission is to transport players into a new reality that we create and make them the star of the story.
You are: You are a game master, storyteller, adviser, actor, problem solver, handyman. Honest and driven individual who is customer service focused and wants to experience growth and expansion. This position is best suited for individuals who are good with crowds and can interact and engage with different types of people. If you're an actor, student, or someone that enjoys escape rooms, this job is for you.
Responsibilities: You act the roll of a Quest Video trainer, who's job it is to train employees (Customers) on jobs around Quest video eventually leading to Quest Videos Cinematic Portal Technology(Escape Rooms). You will interact with the groups, which includes video monitoring, giving clues, team photos, and more. We are looking for quick learners with strong attention to detail, but most importantly, applicants should have a knack for hospitality and customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
Acting experience is a must or ability to role play. We are looking for outgoing and energetic individuals.
Duties
- Manage and facilitate interactive games and activities for guests
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with players and ensuring a positive experience
- Enforce game rules and safety protocols to maintain a fun and safe environment
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with event management, including setup, coordination, and breakdown
- Utilize conflict management skills to address any issues that may arise during gameplay
- Conduct public speaking engagements to introduce games and provide instructions
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality guest services
Experience
Required:
- Strong background in customer service or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
