Full Job Description

Guardian Home Care of AZ is now hiring Direct Care Workers (DCWs) and non-medical caregivers in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

We are actively seeking caregivers who are fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) as we continue expanding services to meet the diverse needs of our clients throughout Arizona.

We're excited to be expanding in Arizona as part of Guardian Home Care USA, a growing home care organization built on respect, reliability, and compassionate service. Our goal is simple: provide high-quality care to clients while creating a better, more supportive experience for caregivers.

What You’ll Do

Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Assist with mobility and errands

Requirements

Active Arizona Direct Care Worker (DCW) certification REQUIRED
If no DCW, able to accept CNA, LVN, and Assisted Living Caregiver Certificate from an AHCCCS DCW approved training program
Caregiving experience preferred
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Negative TB test completed within the last 12 months (or willing to obtain)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
