Full Job Description

Phone Sales Lead

NexLvl Services is seeking a dedicated Sales Lead to direct our inside sales operations and drive revenue growth. This is a working leadership role designed for a professional who excels in direct phone sales and leads by example. Rather than a strictly administrative management position, this role requires active daily participation in the sales cycle. You will be responsible for holding the sales team accountable to conversion metrics while managing your own pipeline, handling call overflow, and ensuring continuous phone coverage. As a core member of the leadership team, this base plus commission role requires a highly motivated individual capable of balancing strategic planning with direct customer engagement.

You must have no less than 3 years of high volume phone sales experience and at least 1 year of team leadership experience.

Highest Responsibility: Direct and optimize the inside sales team's performance while actively participating in daily phone sales. You will ensure the team meets or exceeds conversion metrics and maximizes inbound lead capture, while personally managing a steady volume of calls, handling overflow, and stepping in to cover staffing shortages.

Responsibilities Cont’d:

Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and execute overarching sales strategies
Design and implement targeted phone sales programs to increase key performance indicators and closing ratios
Provide continuous coaching to sales representatives through live call monitoring and performance reviews to elevate their conversion rates
Maintain personal sales production by consistently fielding calls, booking appointments, and closing services over the phone
Resolve complex customer inquiries and confidently handle escalated conversations regarding invoicing and service execution
