Full Job Description

The largest private Christian school in Arizona seeks a qualified and experienced Mobile Device Technician to join its Information Technology team in supporting the technical needs of the NCS Campus.

This position will provide service and support in the management and operation of iOS devices and their respective systems. The MDM Technician will perform advanced installation, tracking, and support for mobile devices and their respective management systems.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; AA degree in computer related discipline or two years of documented experience; training and certifications in Apple products and MDM systems are preferred; advanced knowledge of Mobile Device Management systems, preferably Jamf Pro primarily for Apple hardware/software and secondarily for Google hardware/software. Knowledge and experience with troubleshooting Apple lOS, Apple OSX and Microsoft software and devices.

This position is full time and will work 12 months of the year on site at Northwest Christian School in Phoenix, AZ. NCS offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, LTD, 401k, dependent tuition as well as paid time off.
