Job Title: Neurofeedback Technician (Bilingual Spanish) — Full-Time, Floating Locations

Location: Phoenix Valley, AZ (west Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa & Scottsdale)
Hourly Rate: $18-23/hr during training; increase after 90-day review
Job Type: Full-time

About Us

Neuron Connect is an innovative brain health and wellness center specializing in qEEG Brain Mapping, Neurofeedback Therapy, and trauma-informed care. We are growing fast and are looking for dedicated full-time technicians to join our team across multiple Phoenix Valley locations.

Position Summary

As a Neurofeedback Technician, you will provide hands-on support for brain mapping and neurofeedback sessions at four clinic locations. This role floats between the sites in west Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, and Scottsdale. You must have reliable transportation and be available for rotating Saturdays.

Business Hours

Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday (rotating): 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Full-time floating coverage across the four designated locations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with qEEG brain mapping and neurofeedback therapy sessions.
Provide bilingual support (Spanish/English) to patients and families, assisting with intake, session set-up, and patient education.
Travel between four clinic locations as scheduled and maintain punctual attendance.
Support documentation, patient interaction, and case management (including medical/ legal referrals if applicable).
Maintain professional, compassionate engagement with patients, providers, and clinic staff.
Adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
Reliable transportation with ability to travel to all four clinic locations.
Availability weekdays 8 a.m.–8 p.m. plus rotating Saturday shifts 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
Full-time commitment (NOT part-time or student availability only).
Prior experience in neurofeedback, qEEG, medical or legal setting is a strong plus — but training is provided for the right person.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Professional, compassionate attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Compensation & Training

Starting hourly rate: $18-23/hr during training period.
Hourly rate will increase after a successful 90-day review.
Paid training provided.
