Local SEO Specialist

The Local SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing Google Business Profile and Local SEO strategies increasing user engagement & views for our clients and brands. Success will be determined by the completion of monthly tasks, support ticket management, client success, communication levels, innovation, sales training, operations support, and quality.

This role is fast-paced, requires effective time management and an excellent attitude. You will communicate with varying levels of management, sales reps, client success coordinators/managers, and fulfillment specialists across multiple departments so your communication skills will need to be polished and professional.

This person will need to be solution-oriented, creative, and have experience with content management. You will need to be willing to learn, educate, mentor, and build relationships within your book of business with both clients and sales reps.

Responsibilities:

Management of a book of business between 225-300 accounts monthly
Monthly task completion for the entire book of business
Analyze and monitor page performance for categories/keywords
Understand the client’s short and long term company goals. Develop strategic campaigns to meet those goals
Detailed client communication regarding strategies, escalation management & support updates
Communicate Local SEO strategies and goals to internal teams
Support ticket response and implementation of work
Gather and analyze competitor intelligence.
Implementation of emerging advanced tactics
Data upkeep across multiple platforms
Operation report management and detailed timely responses
Sales training development and presentations
Quality control of communications and work implemented
Redflag and trending analysis
