Job Description:
As a Clinical Director, you'll lead by example, collaborating closely with the owner to drive the clinic's clinical operations. Your aim? To surpass operational, financial, and cultural objectives by inspiring the delivery of five-star care to our cherished pets and their parents.
This remarkable general practice clinic boasts a diverse array of cutting-edge technology and facilities, with ongoing investments planned. In addition to standard GP services, the hospital offers an array of advanced procedures including stem cell therapy and advanced surgeries. Aside from your leadership role, you'll still enjoy dedicated time practicing as a veterinarian, attending to a variety of small animal cases daily (there is also a range of exotics and avian cases if you have experience with these species). Recognizing the challenges inherent in your position, support is readily available. You'll have access to a broad network of Clinical Directors from nearby clinics, as well as a supportive leadership team onsite.
Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including overseeing day-to-day hospital operations, facilitating staff recruitment, and communicating cultural and clinical updates to the team. Additionally, you'll ensure that all doctors remain current with the latest procedures and techniques, while also fostering individual learning and development goals among the veterinary team.
Maintaining high client satisfaction and fostering strong interpersonal relationships among colleagues are paramount, as is a solid grasp of operational KPIs to inform decision-making. Adherence to safety, regulatory, and operational standards is also high on the list of priorities.

About You
- You must hold a DVM degree from an AVMA accredited college or equivalent.
- You must have an Arizona State Licence in good standing or the ability to obtain one if you are relocating.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills are essential.
- You must hold at least 4 years of clinical experience as a veterinarian with a passion for leadership or desire to move into a leadership position. Associate level positions are also available if desired.
