Position Summary:

ASKK Consulting Inc., a Management Company providing managerial and accounting services for a Franchisee of a nationally recognized Quick Service Restaurant Brand, is seeking a full-time on-site role for Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including but not limited to maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with payroll.

For this role, you need to have a strong understanding of Excel’s accounting functions. You should also know how to use PIVOT TABLES, MACROS, and XLOOKUP in Excel.

This position requires an enthusiastic learner, a problem solver, strong math and reconciliation skills, and a positive CAN-DO attitude. Join a dynamic team with great company culture!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

· Prepare and submit weekly / monthly financial reports.

· Manage commercial lease administration and property operations

· Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

· Assist with other accounting tasks and projects, as requested.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (Required)

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting with focus on commercial property management and lease accounting

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

· Strong mathematical and analytical skills

· Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.

· Ability and willingness to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

· Proficient in QuickBooks (Desktop) and MS Office Suite

· Advanced Level Microsoft Excel Skills (Required)

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
