Full Job Description

Columbus, OH Executive seeking a personal Physician / Doctor / Nurse / MD / DO / APRN for immediate hire. Applicants should have a medical background, active license, a heart and passion to serve, and the knowledge and ability to work alongside a leader who has a specific and unique medical disability. Executive is committed and passionate about living an optimally healthy lifestyle and continual working performance improvement. Applicants must be strong team players and care about others! This role offers a distinctive setting where medical research takes precedence over traditional hands-on patient care. With only one patient to focus on, you'll delve deep into the intricacies of the Executive’s unique condition, working closely to research and understand.

Position Summary:

Applicants must have an active medical license(s) in the state of Ohio, have a heart to help others, and possess a well-established working-partnership mindset. Seeking those who can balance a position of direct influence while quickly responding to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Executive primarily focused on becoming a better leader in every area of life while continuing to operate with high efficiency and output. As such, specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Offer value-added support with medical care support and guidance
Conduct thorough research on Executive’s unique condition and provide insights for improvement.
Assist in medical research and studies.
Assist in developing and implementing a personalized nutrition plan tailored to the patient's dietary restrictions.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Be available for consultations and emergencies within the agreed-upon hours.
Conduct regular health assessments and monitor the patient's condition.
Provide medical advice and treatment recommendations.
Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Act as a resource for the Executive and staff, providing guidance and support regarding the condition.
Collaborate with external experts and organizations to further research efforts.
Can react to emergency medical situations.
Having a team focus, which will include working with individuals at all levels in the organization.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Compensation & Schedule:

Compensation starts at $125 - $300/hr. - Part-time / consulting basis – based on work experience, educational background, and specific patient case histories
Between 5-10 hrs/ week – schedule is flexible

Qualifications & Attributes necessary:

Medical degree and license to practice in the State of Ohio.
Strong background in medical research and a passion for exploring new ideas.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Extremely detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a non-traditional medical setting.
Previous experience or seamless ability to work with a disabled individual.
Strong research and analytical skills
Be a team player.
Unquestionable personal integrity and ethics.
Self-starter, driven, results oriented, and proactive.
The ability to think innovatively, see the big picture, and yet still tend to the details.
Ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential information.

Pay: $125.00 - $300.00 per hour
