Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Scheduler specializing in civil projects to join our dynamic construction management team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development, maintenance, and oversight of project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of complex civil infrastructure initiatives. Your expertise will drive project coordination, optimize resource allocation, and uphold the highest standards of construction planning. Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software, aligning with project scope and deadlines.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate construction estimating data and contractual requirements into scheduling plans.
Monitor project progress regularly, updating schedules to reflect real-time developments and identifying potential delays or conflicts early.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources, minimizing downtime on site.
Utilize tools like ProCore and Bluebeam for document management, progress tracking, and communication across teams.
Assist in managing contracts by aligning schedule milestones with contractual obligations and deliverables.
Support project management efforts by providing detailed reports on schedule performance, critical path analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction scheduling for heavy civil or infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of construction site operations.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Primavera (Oracle Primavera), HeavyBid, and other construction management software platforms.
Familiarity with construction estimating processes and contract management principles.
Hands-on experience with construction site activities and understanding of project lifecycle from planning through completion.
Strong skills in project coordination, time management, and effective communication across multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations related to civil construction projects.
