Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our vibrant HR team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind attracting top talent across various departments, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help us build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike. Duties

Lead full cycle recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for high-volume roles across multiple functions.
Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies using social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and employee referral programs to attract diverse candidates.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure the best match for each role.
Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and internal stakeholders to coordinate recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines.
Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards throughout the hiring process.
Facilitate employee orientation sessions, contracts signing, and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Support talent management initiatives such as succession planning, training & development programs, and employee relations efforts.

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish is essential; excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English are required.
Proven experience in HR sourcing, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or high-volume recruitment environments.
Strong knowledge of HR systems like Workday, Kronos, UltiPro, Paychex, or PeopleSoft.
Familiarity with employment & labor law as it relates to talent acquisition and human resources practices.
Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, and candidate sourcing techniques.
Proficiency with social media platforms used for recruitment marketing and lead generation strategies.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Workday is highly preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and internal teams alike.
