Overview
The Nursing Home Administrator plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of a nursing home facility. This position requires a dedicated professional who is passionate about providing high-quality care to residents while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Administrator will lead a team of healthcare professionals and support staff, fostering an environment that promotes the well-being and dignity of all residents.

Duties

Oversee the overall operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents.
Manage financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure the facility operates within budgetary constraints.
Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of care.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance resident care and improve service delivery.
Ensure that all operational policies and procedures are followed consistently by staff members.
Foster relationships with residents, families, and community stakeholders to promote a positive image of the facility.
Address any concerns or complaints from residents or their families promptly and effectively.
