Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various office tasks.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls using phone systems.
Schedule and manage reservations using hotel software.
File documents and maintain organized office systems to ensure easy access to information.
Maintain clean front desk and lobby areas with routine maintenance tasks
Provide support to guests while both in house and booking reservations.
Perform routine tasks each shift to ensure neat and stocked desk and shop areas.
Perform duties while following Hilton and property specific guidelines and requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or as a receptionist is preferred.
Familiarity with phone systems and office practices is essential.
Strong computer literacy skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and filing tasks.
A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
