About Poseidon Plumbing

Poseidon Plumbing is a fast-growing plumbing company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Northern New Jersey.

We're still a growing company, which means we're looking for people who want to help build something—not simply fill a position. As we grow, there will be opportunities for the right people to take on more responsibility and advance within the company.

We're currently looking for an experienced, motivated Customer Service Representative to become a key part of our office team.

The Role

Our CSR is one of the most important positions in the company.

You'll often be the first person a customer speaks with when they need a plumber. Your job is to respond quickly, understand what the customer needs, book the right appointment, communicate clearly, and make sure opportunities don't fall through the cracks.

You'll also help manage customer follow-ups, outstanding estimates, deposits, accounts receivable, scheduling, and day-to-day communication between our customers and field team.

We use ServiceTitan to manage our customers, calls, jobs, scheduling, invoices, payments, and follow-ups. Previous ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Answer inbound customer calls professionally and with a sense of urgency.
Respond quickly to new leads and service requests.
Convert qualified incoming leads into booked appointments.
Schedule and coordinate plumbing service appointments.
Accurately create and update customers and jobs in ServiceTitan.
Maintain accurate notes and customer information.
Follow up with customers regarding open estimates and pending work.
Follow up on leads that have not yet booked.
Communicate appointment updates and technician arrival information.
Collect required deposits on approved projects.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and accounts receivable (AR).
Process customer payments accurately.
Communicate with technicians and management throughout the day.
Make outbound follow-up calls when necessary.
Help ensure no lead, estimate, payment, or customer concern gets forgotten.
Provide a professional, friendly, and consistent customer experience from the first phone call through completion of the job.

Motivated by being part of a growing company.

ServiceTitan Experience

Previous ServiceTitan experience is a major plus.

Candidates with experience using ServiceTitan for any of the following are strongly encouraged to apply:

Estimates
Invoices and payments
Customer follow-ups
Accounts receivable
Reporting and task management

Experience working for a plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drain/sewer, restoration, or other home-service company is also highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience.
Previous ServiceTitan experience preferred.
Previous home-service industry experience preferred.
Experience handling inbound leads and booking appointments.
Scheduling or dispatch experience.
Accounts receivable or payment collection experience.
Strong computer and data-entry skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
