SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide refreshments to guests during their golf game with a high level of service. Because of the fluctuating demands of the company’s operation, it may be necessary that each Employee Partner perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your position, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other employee partners are expected to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks as needed or directed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and a minimum of 6 months related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Display friendliness and helpfulness at all times, to Members, Guests, Visitors, Business Partners and fellow Employee Partners.

Adhere to all Property and Department policies and procedures.

Observe all safety and security procedures. Use equipment and material properly. Report potentially unsafe conditions

Stocks the beverage cart with beverages and snacks for sale on the golf course.

Completes requisitions for all products accurately.

Responsible for cashbank, recording sales, and making daily deposits.

Is aware of golf course etiquette and provides pleasant and professional service.

Returns unused stock to its proper place.

Helpsmaintaincleanliness inbackdock area by picking up trash and containers produced by cart service.

Returnscartin clean condition to its place in the cart basement.

Notifies supervisor of any problems or cart repairs needed.

Practices safe driving and proper usage of carts.

Is proficient in using MICROS point ofsale.

Observes proper dress code and appearance guidelines.

Helps in Halfway Houses if necessary.

Attend outlet staff meetings as scheduled.

In this position you will be expected to be available to work in various locations of Food and Beverage outlets depending on business levels. In addition, you will be expected to work holidays wherever needed even if your primary outlet is closed.

Have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fraction and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Have the ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in work environment is usually moderate.
