Intake Specialist – Battle Law, PLLC (Clearwater Office)

Location: Clearwater, FL 33755
Position Type: Full-Time, In-Person

Battle Law, PLLC is a growing personal-injury law firm dedicated to fighting for justice and hope for our clients throughout Florida and beyond. We handle auto, trucking, and premises-liability claims with precision, compassion, and determination. Our Clearwater headquarters is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where every team member plays a key role in our clients’ journey to recovery.

Position Overview

The Intake Specialist is often the first point of contact for potential clients and represents the voice and values of Battle Law. This full-time, in-person position is responsible for gathering case details, assessing potential claims, initiating representation agreements, and ensuring each client receives an exceptional intake experience.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and screen incoming calls, texts, and web inquiries from potential clients.
Conduct detailed intake interviews to gather facts about accidents, injuries, insurance coverage, and damages.
Enter case data accurately into the firm’s CRM/Airtable systems.
Request accident reports, insurance declarations, and related documentation.
Coordinate attorney review and follow-up on potential new cases.
Manage presuit file creation, including document requests and e-signature coordination.
Maintain daily communication with attorneys and the presuit team regarding new leads.
Deliver an empathetic, professional, and client-focused experience that reflects Battle Law’s mission.

Qualifications

This is an entry level position.
Prior law-firm experience (personal injury or customer-service based) strongly preferred.
Exceptional phone and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational and data-entry accuracy skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining professionalism.
Comfort working with CRM, Airtable, or other case-management systems (training provided).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
On-site position at our Clearwater office (not remote).
