Full Job Description

Job Summary:

The HVAC Field Supervisor interacts & supports the administrative functions for the Retail Managers & Technicians in the field.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing all install crews.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Schedule Quality Assurance visits.
Enters weekly time sheet summaries in Service Titan.
Schedules follow up activities.
Tracks vehicle maintenance logs and truck stock
Assists with property management quotes and follow ups.
Assists with Afterhours calls for nights and weekends.
Assists with retail manager in providing training for installers.
Assist with technician’s payroll.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of service titan
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to make sound judgements relative to inventory.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
5 + years retail install experience required.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
