Join a Concierge Dermatology Practice Focused on Excellence, Innovation, and Exceptional Patient Care

Our growing physician-owned dermatology practice is seeking a compassionate, motivated BILINGUAL (Spanish) Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a unique role that combines supervised clinical practice with clinical operations leadership.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care, eager to learn dermatology through direct physician mentorship, and excited to contribute to the growth and innovation of a modern specialty practice.

No prior dermatology experience is required. We are looking for the right person—someone who is humble, coachable, hardworking, intellectually curious, and committed to continuous learning.

What Makes This Position Different

Unlike many NP positions, this role has been intentionally designed around a physician-led collaborative model. You will work directly alongside a board-certified dermatologist with close mentorship, progressive responsibility, and continuous education.

This is not an autonomous practice model.

The Nurse Practitioner in this role will not maintain an independent patient panel or schedule. Instead, you will function as a clinical partner, working collaboratively with the supervising physician to provide exceptional patient care while helping improve the efficiency, quality, and innovation of the practice.

Patients remain under the care of the supervising physician, with the NP serving as an integral member of the care team through clinical collaboration, patient education, operational leadership, and workflow optimization.

ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities

Provide patient care under the direct supervision of the physician.
Collaborate with the supervising dermatologist during patient encounters.
Assist with patient education, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
Support medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology procedures.
Participate in structured dermatology education and physician mentorship.
Help optimize patient flow and clinical efficiency.

Clinical Operations

Improve clinical workflows and office efficiency.
Develop and maintain clinical standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Lead quality improvement initiatives.
Assist with implementation of AI and technology solutions.
Support staff onboarding, education, and training.

Compliance & Quality

Oversee OSHA and HIPAA compliance.
Coordinate regulatory documentation and required staff education.
Assist with quality assurance and clinical compliance initiatives.

Medication & Inventory Management

Oversee the in-office dispensing pharmacy.
Manage medication and medical supply inventory.
Monitor expiration dates and maintain regulatory compliance.

Care Coordination

Oversee prior authorization workflows.
Manage biopsy log reconciliation and pathology tracking.
Coordinate certified letters and patient recall processes.
Ensure timely follow-up of pathology, laboratory, and diagnostic results.

Practice Growth & Innovation

Collaborate with physician leadership on operational initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve workflow, patient experience, and efficiency.
Assist with implementation of new technologies and AI solutions.
Help develop systems that support the continued growth of the practice.

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
Bilingual (Spanish)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and critical-thinking abilities
Passion for learning and continuous improvement
Interest in clinical operations and workflow optimization
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, physician-led environment
Dermatology experience is welcomed but not required
