Full Job Description

Plumbing Estimator Wanted

Build Strong Customer Relationships: Foster positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and service
Provide Accurate Estimates: Prepare detailed and competitive estimates for a wide range of residential plumbing projects, including re-pipes, sewer replacements, etc. (occasional light commercial applications)
Manage Projects: Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with Technicians: Work closely with our plumbing technicians to ensure seamless project execution

To qualify for this role, you must:

Possess a deep understanding of plumbing systems and industry standards. (10 years minimum plumbing experience) We are looking for a seasoned pro
Have strong math and problem-solving skills
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Be motivated to perform at a high level both in quantity and quality - We have plenty of opportunities to exceed your/our expectations
Great organizational skills. You will get leads from technicians running service calls plus new customers coming in. Being able to handle these estimates in a timely manner while making sure the estimates are accurate and production/plumbing teams are set up
Looking to do the right thing for EVERY customer (If you are willing to take advantage of any customer, we don't want you!)
