Position Overview
The Director of Marketing & Growth will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing all marketing initiatives across both organizations.
This individual will oversee marketing strategy, branding, digital marketing, content strategy, advertising, website optimization, patient acquisition campaigns, referral growth initiatives, internal marketing efforts, community outreach campaigns, and vendor management.
The Director of Marketing & Growth will supervise internal marketing team members and coordinate external vendors including advertising agencies, website developers, photographers, videographers, print vendors, and other consultants as needed.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, highly organized, creative, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans
- Create quarterly and monthly marketing campaigns

- Work closely with developers and SEO vendors as needed
Paid Advertising
- Develop and oversee Meta advertising campaigns

- Optimize advertising performance and budget allocation
- Analyze lead quality and acquisition costs
- Work with outside advertising agencies when appropriate
- Monitor return on ad spend (ROAS) and conversion metrics
Content Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop content strategy and content calendars
- Oversee social media strategy across all platforms
- Direct photography and videography initiatives
- Create educational, promotional, and brand-focused campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across both organizations
- Develop messaging frameworks and brand positioning
- Assist with public relations opportunities
- Ensure all content aligns with business objectives
Email Marketing & CRM
- Create and manage email campaigns
- Develop automated nurture sequences
- Segment audiences and improve engagement
- Build patient and client communication campaigns
- Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Improve patient retention and reactivation campaigns
Community & Referral Marketing
- Develop physician referral strategies
- Develop community partnership initiatives
- Coordinate educational events and outreach campaigns
- Create referral partner marketing materials
- Increase brand awareness throughout the Tampa Bay market
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships
Internal Marketing & Creative Development
- Design and oversee monthly promotions and specials
- Create brochures, presentations, collateral, and marketing materials
- Support provider recruitment marketing initiatives
- Create patient education materials
- Assist with internal communications
- Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and mentor internal marketing team members
- Manage content creators and support staff
- Coordinate external vendors and consultants
- Establish accountability systems and workflows
- Create SOPs and marketing processes
- Ensure projects are completed on time and at a high level
Required QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or team management experience
- Proven experience developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
- Proven experience managing multiple marketing channels simultaneously
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and implementation
- Strong understanding of Meta and Google advertising
- Strong understanding of email marketing and automation
- Experience managing websites and website projects
