Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aesthetic RN Injector + IV Therapy Nurse to join our vibrant team. This role combines advanced aesthetic procedures with IV therapy treatments, delivering exceptional care and results to our clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about aesthetic medicine, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise in a progressive wellness setting.

**This is not an entry-level aesthetics position. Applicants must already be independently competent in administering neuromodulators and starting IVs. We are not offering initial injector training for this role.

Responsibilities

Administer neuromodulator treatments and dermal fillers with precision and safety, ensuring optimal aesthetic outcomes.
Perform microneedling treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and other skin rejuvenation procedures.
Deliver IV therapy infusions tailored to individual client needs, including hydration and vitamin therapies.
Educate clients on treatment options, post-care instructions, and product recommendations to maximize results.
Maintain strict sanitation protocols and adhere to all safety regulations during procedures.
Manage client consultations from assessment through treatment planning, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
Support front desk operations by assisting with client check-in/out, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records using practice management software.

Skills

Proven experience as an aesthetic registered nurse (RN) with expertise in injection administration of neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
Strong knowledge of regenerative treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and other skin rejuvenation techniques.
Skilled in IV therapy administration with a focus on safety and patient comfort.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Experience working within the beauty or wellness industry is highly preferred.
Knowledge of social media management for promoting services and engaging clients is a plus.
Ability to upsell products and treatments confidently while maintaining ethical standards.
Strong sanitation practices combined with attention to detail in all procedures.
Exceptional communication skills to educate clients about treatments like neurofeedback, body waxing, hair extensions, makeup application, or tattooing as needed.
