Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with patients to explain treatment plans, answer questions, and ensure they understand the financial aspects of their care
Coordinating and scheduling patient appointments, ensuring treatment timelines are met
Preparing treatment plans for approval, including insurance verification and claims submission
Ensuring that patients have a clear understanding of the treatments they require, and the costs involved
Building strong, long-lasting relationships with patients through exceptional service
Supporting the dental team with treatment and administrative tasks as needed
Working closely with dentists and the administrative team to provide a seamless patient experience

Requirements:

Previous dental experience is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain treatment options and financial information clearly to patients
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage a busy schedule
A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
Passion for helping others and being part of a caring dental team
