Full Job Description

Summary: ServiceWear Apparel is a leading national distributor of uniforms and work apparel and a key supplier partner to OMNIA Partners Public and Private Sectors. We are hiring a Direct Sales Executive based in the Northeast or Midwest to oversee sales efforts in a multi-state division. This position is responsible for the direct sale of uniforms to state and local government agencies, nonprofits, private businesses, and major corporations. You must be self-motivating and able to execute sales plans to meet and grow sales volume within a multi-state geographic territory. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers, key stakeholders, and business partners to create, maximize, and leverage opportunities to generate sales. Compensation potential is six figures and includes base salary, sales commissions, and bonus. Outside sales experience in Uniforms and Work Apparel is an absolute requirement for this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Hunt for and acquire new customers, generating revenue and commissions.
Execute territory sales plan. Conduct sales calls, presentations, tradeshows, and event appearances.
Identify new customer targets, conduct needs analysis, present value proposition, and qualify prospect's potential.
Establish strong relationships with customers and targeted accounts to grow account volume.
Coordinate with key stakeholders such as primary manufacturing partner, Workwear Outfitters, OMNIA Partners field teams, ServiceWear Marketing, and others to facilitate lead generation and the acquisition of new accounts.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective targeted communications and campaigns.
Utilize SalesForce.Com to track and report sales volume, activity, intelligence, and opportunities.
Operate from home. Travel by air and car likely 40-60% of the month.

Competencies:

Outside sales experience in Uniforms and Work Apparel is an absolute requirement for this position.
Professional communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
Proven executive-level interpersonal skills.
Strong sales prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills
Good PC skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM/SalesForce.com)
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of fabrics, garment styles, and functionality

Education/Experience: BS/BA degree. 3-5 Years of experience in direct or rental uniform sales. Sales experience handling large regional or national accounts a plus.
