Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a warm, efficient environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a dynamic team.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
Maintain organized filing systems and manage document proofreading to ensure accuracy and clarity
Support appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff or executives
Assist with office management tasks including supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic troubleshooting of office equipment
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, ensuring excellent client communication at all times

Requirements

Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry software
Excellent computer literacy and technical proficiency in office productivity tools
Strong phone communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs
Demonstrated customer service experience with professional phone etiquette and client interaction skills
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in proofreading and filing tasks
Prior experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable but not required
Weekends are a must 2pm-11PM
