HSS is looking for flexible and reliable Hotel Front Desk to service our luxury hotels in the area. If you have a love for cleaning and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply!

Positions Available:

Front Desk Agent

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $16-$17ph. This range represents the minimum and maximum pay that Hospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of posting.

Additional Compensation: This position may also be eligible for:

Requirements:

Must have the legal authorization to work in the United States
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Must have reliable transportation.
Should have at least 1 year of hotel front desk experience.
Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
Willing to do heavy lifting.

Qualifications:

Some Hotel Front Desk experience preferred but not required.
Must have experience in Front Desk System.
Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
Customer service attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time

Responsibilities:

Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage online and phone reservations
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
