Full Job Description

Position Overview:

The Patient Access & Support professional is a cornerstone of the PCPS patient experience, serving as the connection between patients, providers, and the administrative and clinical teams. This role emphasizes exceptional hospitality, clear communication, and disciplined operational execution while guiding patients through every stage of their surgical and aesthetic journey. Working within a physician-led plastic surgery practice, team members help ensure every interaction reflects the professionalism, precision, and service standards of PCPS.

Patient Access & Support professionals develop progressively, building expertise in patient communication, scheduling, medical office operations, clinical coordination, and practice workflows. With experience, demonstrated judgment, and consistent performance, responsibilities expand to include surgical coordination, patient education, workflow ownership, operational leadership, and mentorship of junior team members.

We are looking to fill an Assistant or Coordinator-level position with someone who wants to succeed not only within the company, but personally. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred)
Working knowledge of computer software, electronic practice management systems (EMR), and standard office applications
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare office workflows
Successful completion of state and federal background checks
Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and organizational skills appropriate to the role and level
Minimum experience requirements in all categories listed in the following promotional rubric. Experience requirements are not interchangeable or cumulative across categories to qualify for a given level.

Patient Access & Support Assistant

Minimum 2 years of hospitality or customer service experience in a reception, front desk, concierge, or other high-touch service environment
No prior medical office experience required
No prior aesthetic experience required
Pay Range: $18–$22/hour + Performance Incentives & Bonuses

Patient Access & Support Coordinator

Minimum 4 years of hospitality or customer service experience
Minimum 1–2 years of medical office experience
Minimum 1 year of aesthetic practice experience
Pay Range: $22–$28/hour + Performance Incentives & Bonuses

Patient Access & Support Manager

Minimum 6 years of hospitality or customer service experience
Minimum 2–4 years of medical office experience
Minimum 3 years of aesthetic practice experience
Pay Range: $28–$32/hour + Performance Incentives & Bonuses
