The Opportunity
As an Area Sales Manager (ASM), you will own and grow a high-impact territory by driving capital equipment sales, expanding existing customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities across the Aesthetics market.
This is not an order-taking role.
We are looking for someone who can build pipeline, create demand, navigate complex sales cycles, and close business consistently. You'll partner closely with physicians, practice owners, administrators, and clinical teams to position Lumenis solutions as strategic investments for their practices and patients.
You'll work alongside a high-performing regional sales organization with the support, infrastructure, and brand recognition of a global industry leader.
What You'll Do

Build and execute a strategic territory plan focused on revenue growth and market expansion

Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities through high activity and strong pipeline management

Grow existing accounts while uncovering new opportunities across practices and med spas

Manage complex capital equipment sales cycles from prospecting through close

Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline activity, and opportunity management within Salesforce

Partner with Regional Sales Leadership to execute territory growth strategies and drive performance

Develop trusted relationships with physicians, providers, administrators, and key decision-makers
-
Deliver consultative presentations, product demonstrations, and strategic business discussions

Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support long-term customer success

Represent Lumenis at trainings, trade shows, and industry events

Travel throughout the territory to support customers and drive business growth
What You Bring
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
-
4+ years of successful outside B2B sales or capital medical device sales experience
-
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota

Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

Experience managing long sales cycles and navigating multiple decision-makers

High level of personal accountability, urgency, and follow-through

Strong organizational and pipeline management capabilities

Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred

Valid driver's license required

This position requires approximately 50% travel within the assigned territory and occasional domestic travel for meetings, training, and industry events.
