The Healthcare Claims Processor is responsible for accurately analyzing, reviewing, and adjudicating medical, dental, and vision claims. This role involves maintaining exceptional customer service by providing clear and accurate information to both providers and participants regarding eligibility, benefits, and claim status. Key responsibilities include answering and resolving incoming participant and provider calls, conducting outbound calls to follow up on participant concerns, and processing various types of claims. The Healthcare Claims Processor must be adept at reading and interpreting Explanation of Benefits, as well as understanding and communicating covered and non-covered benefits, deductibles, maximum amounts, limitations, and exclusions.
