Full Job Description

Eldercrest Healthcare and Rehabilitation, located in Munhall, PA, is actively seeking a licensed dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team.

Our facility is committed to providing comprehensive care for our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being.

$2.50 shift differential for 3p-11p & 11p-7a ONLY Saturday and Sunday's
$3,000 sign on bonus for FT (evenly split on 90 days, 6 months, 1 year)

$1,000 referral bonus with unlimited potential

What will you do as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Provide individualized physical, psychological, and social support for residents.
Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and feeding.
Support residents with toileting, colostomy care, transferring, and mobility exercises.
Ensure the dignity and respect of all residents are maintained during care tasks.
Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must be fully certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) through the state and have a copy of the active license.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with CNA responsibilities.
Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to resident care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
