POSITION: Food Service General Manager

LOCATION: Pittsburgh, Pa

SALARY: 85-90k FT/Perm/

Relocation assistance is available for exceptionally qualified applicants

Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Rock Star Food Service Director/GM who shares our passion for Food and Service. This position requires institutional dining experience such as school, hospital, senior living center, university, or similar.

We are seeking a polished and professional identity with a winning attitude from a Director with experience leading a team in all operations.

The Food Service Director/ GM has an overall responsibility of food service. He/She institutes company cycle menus and recipes; plans and oversees purchasing, employee personnel programs, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer and client relations; overseas the food preparation service and sanitation; and is accountable for the total operation results. The General Manager reports to Client Administration and The District Manager.

Requirements:

3+Plus Years in a Food Service Manager role (front and back)

3+ Plus Years in an institutional setting

Impeccable Communication Skills

Restaurant Management knowledge

Thorough knowledge of Menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas

Culinary or Hospitality Degree a strong plus
