Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Concierge/Front Desk Reception to join the team at its brand new apartment community in Downtown Pittsburgh. Pay $16-$17/hour.

Who We Are:

We are a national leader and specialist in adaptive reuse – the transformation of unique, iconic buildings into modern residential, hospitality, and mixed-use properties – within premier urban submarkets.

The Role:

A concierge will be the first point of contact for people entering the building as well as point of interaction for all current residents. Perfect role for a personable person. Role also includes package management, and monitoring of property camera software

As Concierge, your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting and welcoming residents and visitors to the property
Answering phone calls and routing them appropriately
Maintaining building security by monitoring cameras, access systems, and enforcing visitor management protocols
Professionally and respectfully addressing unauthorized individuals utilizing building exteriors or common areas to maintain property standards and resident comfort
Coordinating resident requests and maintenance work orders
Supporting leasing and property management staff as needed
Monitoring property conditions including common areas and parking facilities, reporting maintenance issues and enforcing parking policies
Coordinating with vendors and service providers for access
Addressing resident complaints and escalating issues appropriately
Assisting with community events and resident engagement activities
Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing standards in all interactions
Maintaining accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and emergency situations according to established protocols

Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated flexibility, problem-solving skills, and positive attitude.
Effective planning, organization, and prioritization within a team environment.
Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
