About Us
Credible Pool & Spa is expanding and hiring Pool Technicians, Installers, Laborers, and Equipment Operators for fiberglass pool installations, vinyl-liner work, weekly maintenance routes, and renovation projects.
All work is based out of our North Huntingdon/Irwin warehouse, and most job sites are within 1 hour of Irwin.
We’re also developing long-term franchise opportunities, allowing top performers to eventually own and operate their own Credible Pool & Spa location.
Pay Range
$16–$29+/hr depending on experience:
- Entry-Level Laborer: $16–$18/hr
- Maintenance Technician: $18–$22/hr
- Installer / Construction Tech: $18–$28/hr
- Renovation Technician (liners/epoxy/plaster): $20–$29/hr
- Equipment Operator / CDL Installer: $25–$29/hr+
Overtime Available Performance Bonuses Commission on Equipment Sales
⭐ Commission Program (Service Technician Track)
As techs advance, they can move into a Service Technician role where they earn commission on:
- Equipment replacements (pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, etc.)
- Upgrades and add-on sales
No commission on service calls — only on equipment sales and upsells.
Service Technicians typically work with a helper/trainee, allowing them to:
- Complete more jobs
- Increase upgrade/repair opportunities
- Build leadership skills
- Move upward in the company
What You'll Do
Your duties may include:
Pool Maintenance
- Weekly pool cleaning
- Water chemistry testing/balancing
- Filter and basket cleaning
- Documenting service visits
- Identifying potential equipment upgrades
Pool Installation (Fiberglass & Vinyl Liner)
- Excavation and jobsite setup
- Setting fiberglass shells
- Vinyl liner installation and replacement
- Plumbing assistance
- Moving hoses, tools, and materials
Pool Renovation Work
- Liner replacements
- Sandblasting & prep work
- Epoxy painting
- Plaster patching
Heavy Equipment / CDL Tier
- Operating skid steers, excavators, loaders
- Transporting pool shells & materials (CDL required)
- Assisting lead installers with set/level operations
Training provided for all entry-level positions.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Strong work ethic
- CDL only required for operator/installer roles
