We're looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bath Design Consultant who is passionate about great design, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a consultative sales environment. Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $55,000-$65,000 (based on experience)
3% uncapped commission
Expected first-year earnings: $70,000–$85,000+

What You'll Do

Guide homeowners through the entire kitchen and bath remodeling journey—from initial consultation to final sale.
Meet clients in their homes to take field measurements and understand their vision.
Design beautiful, functional kitchens and bathrooms using 2020 Design (recently rebranded as Design Flex) software.
Present cabinetry, countertop, and product selections that align with each client's style, budget, and goals.
Prepare proposals, present designs, and confidently close sales.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Welcome and assist walk-in showroom visitors when not attending appointments.
Build relationships with builders, remodelers, interior designers, and other referral partners.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that generates referrals and repeat business.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of kitchen and bath design and sales experience.
Proficiency with 2020 Design (recently rebranded as Design Flex) software.
A proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Construction or remodeling experience is a plus.
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, professional, self-motivated attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Position Details

Reports To: Owner + General Manager

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Saturday | 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Every other week, offset other hours during the week)

We're currently building our flagship showroom in Wexford! Until the showroom opens, this position will operate in a hybrid capacity, working remotely from home, traveling to client homes for consultations and field measurements, and meeting with clients as needed. Once the showroom is complete, this role will transition to primarily onsite in our Wexford showroom, serving as the face of our showroom while continuing to meet clients in their homes when needed.

Travel: Local travel within the Greater Pittsburgh area is required. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
