Transdev in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring a Parts Clerk. The Parts Clerk performs all administrative functions for the location. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. The shift hours available: 7:00am - 3:30 pm and 11:00am - 7:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
Order, receive and stock parts: maintaining inventory
Working one-on-one with technicians to select parts
Computer data entry and pulling reports
Maintaining files and other related records
Maintaining parts room organization and cleanliness
Shift flexibility at times to provide coverage
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years or more of parts or vehicle maintenance experience; heavy-duty and equipment preferred
Strong data entry skills
Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook email or similar; daily computer use is required as a function of the job.
Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements:
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
Push and pull objects, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
