Responsibilities:

Responds to client inquiries in a timely, respectful, sensitive and professional manner
Conduct tours around the property for new and existing client families
Hold yourself accountable for prospecting a minimum of 1-2 hours each day
Obtains referrals from families served by Jefferson Memorial Cemetery and Funeral Home
Networks and builds community and civic relationships
Explain and present presentations to families served and referred families
Provide options and associated costs, including advising client on financing options.
Maintain and tracks activity levels to ensure productivity, while meeting monthly quota

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
High level of integrity, empathy and passion
Coachable and willing to learn
Desire to help others and earn a competitive income
Great Communication and People Skills
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
Ability to generate sales through prospecting and cold calling
Creative, outgoing and energetic
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
Basic computer skills
Pennsylvania Life Insurance License or the ability to earn one

Pay: $20,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
