This role requires a candidate who is comfortable wearing multiple hats while supporting both the clinical and operational needs of a growing concierge and aesthetic practice. We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our growing concierge, wellness, and aesthetic practice. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and Saturdays, based on patient and practice needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The opportunity to join our exceptional team involves wearing multiple hats while providing elevated front desk, clinical, wellness, and aesthetic support within a thriving Concierge Primary Care and Aesthetic Practice. Our practice combines personalized concierge medicine with advanced wellness and aesthetic services including Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane and other fillers, facials, chemical peels, microneedling, DiamondGlow treatments, wellness injections, IV therapies, and medical-grade skincare including ZO Skin Health and SkinMedica.
Reception & Patient Experience Support
- Provide exceptional concierge-level customer service by answering phones professionally, scheduling patients, educating patients on services and treatment options, checking patients into and out of the office, and ensuring every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout their experience. Support a luxury patient experience by maintaining professionalism, organization, and strong attention to detail in all patient interactions.
Clinical & Nursing Support
- Provide high-level clinical and nursing support including obtaining vital signs, administering vaccinations, phlebotomy, specimen processing, medication administration, wellness injections, IV administration and monitoring, and assisting providers with medical and aesthetic procedures. Registered Nurses are expected to utilize advanced clinical judgment and assessment skills to appropriately triage patient concerns, identify changes in patient condition, and support safe, high-quality patient care at a level beyond traditional support staff roles.
- Responsibilities include assisting with medication supply management, inventory oversight, medication preparation, and maintaining wellness injection and IV therapy inventory to ensure safe and efficient clinical operations. Additional responsibilities include preparing and stocking treatment rooms, maintaining sterilization and cleanliness standards, ensuring proper documentation and compliance, and maintaining a beautiful, patient-centered environment throughout the practice.
- RNs work closely alongside providers during advanced medical, wellness, and aesthetic procedures while helping ensure patient comfort, safety, education, and exceptional outcomes. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, leadership, and the ability to anticipate patient and provider needs are essential.
Provider Support & Clinical Coordination
- Support providers through proactive chart preparation, note preparation, patient history review, and visit coordination to help ensure efficient, personalized, and high-quality patient care. While provider support may vary depending on the clinician and schedule needs, Registered Nurses are expected to take strong ownership of physician preparation workflows, particularly for executive physicals and concierge-level visits.
- Responsibilities include comprehensive pre-visit chart preparation for physicians, including review of upcoming schedules, gathering and organizing patient information, identifying missing documentation, labs, imaging, consult notes, or preventative care gaps, and helping ensure all necessary information is prepared in advance to support a seamless and elevated concierge patient experience. RNs are also expected to appropriately delegate tasks to support staff when needed to assist in gathering documentation, records, lab results, and other necessary patient information while maintaining overall ownership and accountability of the preparation process.
- RNs play a key role in facilitating efficient patient flow throughout the day while partnering closely with physicians and providers to anticipate clinical needs, support workflow efficiency, and maintain a highly organized, detail-oriented clinical environment. Strong critical thinking, communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Patient Relationship Management & Practice Growth
- Exceptional patient care and relationship-building are key components of this role. Patient volume is intentionally lower than traditional practices, allowing for a more personalized and comprehensive patient experience. Team members are expected to build genuine relationships with patients while delivering the highest level of professional and compassionate care.
- Responsibilities also include personalized patient follow-up, callbacks, retention strategies, patient education, and supporting practice growth through cross-referral of wellness, aesthetic, and concierge services when appropriate. Candidates should be comfortable discussing services confidently and helping patients navigate treatment options that align with their goals.
Teamwork & Culture
- Candidates should thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and be willing to support both clinical and operational aspects of the practice. Flexibility, professionalism, positivity, discretion, and a passion for wellness, aesthetics, and concierge medicine are essential to success in this role.
- Maintain clear, professional, and respectful communication with patients, providers, and team members. Help create a positive team environment by addressing concerns calmly, staying solution-focused, and handling conflicts professionally and respectfully. Demonstrate strong listening skills, teamwork, and a willingness to give and receive constructive feedback while supporting both patient satisfaction and overall team success.
